Lunch will be provided! Space is limited to 120 players (30 teams), so sign up early! 

4-Person teams are preferred but individuals accepted as space permits.

The South Carolina Public Health Association would like to invite all interested golfers to join us in a day of fun and relaxation as we hold our Annual Golf Tournament which will be held on September 21, 2010 at the Northwoods Golf Club located in Northeast Columbia.

This event is open to ANYONE who enjoys the game of golf. We look forward to having you join us!
